We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be returned, the product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need an invoice or receipt to prove your purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without a return request. Please note that if you are not resident in Hungary, delivery of the goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers or plants), custom products (for example, special orders or personalised products) and personal care products (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional products or gift cards.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the existing product and, once the return has been accepted, buy the new product separately.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product to let you know whether or not we have approved the refund. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please be aware that it may take a while for your bank or credit card company to process and book your refund.
